All prices shown on the website are in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.
For orders within the European Union, prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
For orders outside the European Union, prices may not include local taxes, customs duties or import duties.
Any taxes, fees or additional charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To place an order, the customer must:

3. Correctly fill in the requested information, including a valid international address;
4. Confirm the order and proceed to payment.
RAP Cosmética reserves the right to refuse orders in case of stock unavailability, technical errors, incorrect information, or legal shipping restrictions to certain countries.

The online store offers various payment methods, duly identified at the time of purchase.
RAP Cosmética is not responsible for failures, delays, or charges arising from external payment entities or currency conversions applied by financial institutions.
7. International Shipping and Delivery
RAP Cosmética ships nationally and internationally to the countries indicated on the website.
Delivery times are estimates and vary according to destination, carrier, and any customs procedures. RAP Cosmética is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance processes, strikes, legal restrictions, or force majeure.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with the local legislation of the destination country.

Estimated Delivery: 2/3 business days (Mainland Portugal)
Shipping: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Mainland Portugal and Spain (excluding islands): Free shipping for orders over €75,00
Orders under €75,00: Shipping €6,90
URGENT Delivery: If you order before 1 PM, delivery will be by the next business day. From €9.90 (up to 5kg) depending on the weight of the order.
Portugal Islands: Deliveries in 3 to 5 days, by air
Shipping from €19.90 (up to 2kg)
Over 2kg, shipping costs will be determined at the time of delivery based on the total weight of the order
* By sea, shipping via maritime freight is possible for large orders, subject to quotation.
Europe: Price upon request
If the customer wishes to receive delivery notification via SMS: FEE €0.30
Payment upon delivery: FEE €3.50
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For customers located in the European Union, the right of withdrawal applies within 14 days, in accordance with current EU legislation.
For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted only by prior agreement and under the terms defined by RAP Cosmética.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or used are not accepted.
Return costs and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error attributable to RAP Cosmética.
9. Warranty and Liability
The products sold benefit from the legal warranty applicable in the country of sale, where applicable.
RAP Cosmética is not responsible for:
- misuse of the products;
- Failure to follow the instructions for use;
- Adverse reactions resulting from individual sensitivity.
